SILC 3 GDV seen at RM800mil

KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer UEM Sunrise Bhd is expecting a gross development value (GDV) of RM800mil for the newly launched third and final phase of its Southern Industrial and Logistics Clusters (SILC 3) project in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

The SILC is a fully integrated 1300-acre sustainable industrial park that caters to light and medium industries and as of December 2016, RM350mil had been invested in the infrastructure for the first two phases.
