KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI rose 4.31 points on a subdued trading day for Asian markets as the US Federal Reserve signaled its intention to raise rates gradually in spite of the current uncertainty posed by President Trump's administration.
At midday, the index closed at 1,675.85 points, having earlier risen to an intraday high of 1,678.76 points.
