E-Plus debuts on Australia's NSX

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia-based events management company E-Plus Ltd made its debut on the National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX) on Monday, with a market capitalisation valued at RM40 million.

E-Plus said in a statement that the company issued 245 million shares with an initial market price of five Australian cents (16 sen) per share.

"It has taken 12 years to develop E-Plus into a global brand and all that hard work has finally paid off," said chief executive officer Andrew Ching.

He said that being the first Malaysian events management company to list on the NSX, the company had stamped its mark in the region and looked forward to tap into the international arena.

"Moving forward, we will establish more operations offices throughout the South-East Asian region," he said.

The services provided by E-Plus include client servicing, events management services and integrated marketing services. - Bernama
