Leaderonomics wins three awards

PETALING JAYA: Leaderonomics Sdn Bhd, a leading learning and development organisation and a subsidiary of Star Media Group Bhd, won three awards at the recent Human Resources Vendor of the Year Award 2016.

The company bagged gold in the Best Leadership Development Consultant category, Best Management Training Provider category and a silver for the Best Learning Management System category.

Leaderonomics has won gold in the Best Leadership Development Consultant and Best Management Training Provider categories for the second year in a row.

One of the largest and most prestigious awards for the human resources (HR) services industry, it was hosted by Human Resources magazine, and judged by an extensive panel of HR directors across Asia,

“Winning gold for the second year in a row for Best Leadership Development Consultant and Best Management Training Provider is a testament that Leaderonomics is firmly establishing itself as the best learning provider in Malaysia.

“We are proud today, that in spite of our presence in the Malaysian market for less than 10 years, Leaderonomics has become a key player in supporting and enhancing organisations in their employee assessments, leadership development, employee branding and management training needs,” Leaderonomics’ director of corporate division Sashe Kanapathi said in a statement.

“Seeing Leaderonomics compete against numerous global HR services organisation and be able to stand tall is a testament to our deep focus on research, Asian content development and really working closely with customers to understand their needs and in developing world class solutions that are effective for them,” said Sashe.
