Sime targets 25% jump in property sales

KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Bhd’s property division, Sime Darby Property Bhd, is targeting a 25% jump in sales to RM2.5bil for the current financial year ending June 30, 2017, with much of the contribution to come from affordable home sales.

Managing director Datuk Jauhari Hamidi said the bulk of the launches will comprise affordable homes, as part of the company’s obligation to the Selangor Government.
