Mexter appoints Lim as chairman

PETALING JAYA: Mexter Technology Bhd has appointed Datuk James Lim Cheng Poh (pic) as chairman of the company replacing Datuk Mohammad Mokhtar Hasan with immediate effect.

Lim, 68, who was formerly AmBank (M) Bhd’s managing director (MD) and chief executive officer, joined Mexter as an independent and non-executive director in July.
