PETALING JAYA: Indonesia-based NIDA Rooms has launched its “Lowest Price Guarantee” on hotel bookings made on both web and mobile application platforms.
Users who find a similar hotel in the same location at a lower rate compared to the room booked on NIDA Rooms, will be entitled to a credit of twice the price difference, up to 180,000 rupiah (RM60) per night, for future bookings.
Customers will need to fill up the Lowest Price Guarantee application form on NIDA Rooms’ website within 24 hours of the booking date in order to be eligible for the claim.
The claim will then be honoured in the form of a Redemption Coupon, which the customer can redeem during future bookings within a stay period that is valid up to one year from the coupon’s date of issue.
“NIDA Rooms has partnered with over 4,000+ individually branded hotels from Aceh to Manado in Indonesia, Chiang Mai to Hadyai in Thailand, Langkawi to Kota Kinabalu in Malaysia and San Fernando to Davao in Philippines.
“We strive to provide our customers the best possible deal in terms of locations, quality and now lowest price with NIDA Rooms,” said NIDA Rooms co-founder and chief executive officer Kaneswaran Avili.
Avili said that travellers on business trip or holidays alike are increasingly spending more time outside the hotel.
In fact, the average time spent by Asian travellers in hotels is well below 12 hours.This is because customers are out exploring, dining, shopping and being entertained during their trips.
Hence, NIDA Rooms provide the best fit for this growing market segment of travellers who do not want to spend unnecessarily on luxuries that they will not be able to enjoy.
