CANADA has finally named the humble gray jay as its national bird after tens of thousands of votes were cast online.
It ruffled the feathers of more than a few ornithologists who thought the Canadian goose was a better choice. But Hilary Clinton’s goose was already cooked making her Presidential bid a dead duck in the water. It was that single act of fowl anarchy that forced Canadians to react in sympathy. In short, the goose was out.
