PNB companies ripe for corporate exercises

Some of the companies are deemed as “low hanging fruits”, whereby corporate exercises can be carried out to increase shareholder value. Many view these companies as the initial targets for group chairman Tan Sri Abdul Wahid Omar and new president and group CEO Datuk Abdul Rahman Ahmad to hasten their objective to increase the turnaround and monetisation of assets within the PNB group of companies. Below are some of the strategic companies within PNB’s fold that could be ripe for a corporate exercise to harness shareholder value.
