PETALING JAYA: The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) is buying an office building known as The Ascent in Petaling Jaya from Jelas Puri Sdn Bhd, a 70% owned joint-controlled entity of WCT Holdings Bhd
(WCT Holdings) for a total cash consideration of RM347mil.
A Bursa Malaysia statement said the purchase involves a leaseback arrangement following completion of the acquisition.
