KUALA LUMPUR: Nexgram Holdings Bhd’s indirect 70%-owned unit, Blue Hill Development Sdn Bhd, has received two invitations for collaboration to develop two housing projects, one each in Malacca and Selangor.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the group said Blue Hill had been invited by Good View Construction Sdn Bhd to participate as the main sub-contractor in the proposed 1Malaysia Civil Servants Housing in Bukit Katil, Malacca.

“The project entails the construction of 462 units of apartment for the civil servants,” it said.

However, Nexgram said there was no certainty the project would be secured by Good View and/or Blue Hill.

In a separate filing, Nexgram said Blue Hill had also been invited by Suara Hati Sdn Bhd to participate in the proposed 1Malaysia People’s Housing Programme (PR1MA) in Gombak, Selangor. To be known as “Gombak PR1MA Valley,” the project comprises 1,138 housing units including double-storey houses, apartment units and retail spaces, as well as, amenities and other infrastructure.

“The terms of the joint-venture shall be finalised at a later date based on the profit margin derived from the project in the event that PR1MA awards the project to either or both of the companies,” it said.

However, Nexgram said there was no certainty that the letter of intent given by PR1MA would result in the project being awarded to either or both of the companies. — Bernama
