KUALA LUMPUR: Utusan Melayu (M) Bhd’s unit Utusan Airtime Sdn Bhd (UASB) has signed a joint-venture (JV) agreement with Puncak Berlian Sdn Bhd, VGI Global Media Public Co Ltd and Ikatan Asli Sdn Bhd (IASB) to set up a JV company, Titanium Compass Sdn Bhd.
Puncak Berlian is an indirect wholly-owned unit of Ancom Bhd through Redberry Sdn Bhd and VGI Global is an indirect subsidiary of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Ltd.
