Censof disposes of DNex securities for RM32.3mil

KUALA LUMPUR: Censof Holdings Bhd has disposed of its 123.78 million ordinary shares and 136.47 million warrants in Dagang Nexchange Bhd (DNex) to Arcadia Acres Sdn Bhd for RM32.3mil. 

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday, the financial management solutions provider said the disposal was at a sale price of RM0.25 per share and RM0.01 per warrant. 

The group said the share sales represented 7.3% of its shareholdings and its entire warrants holding of 19.6% in DNeX. 

Of the proceeds, RM31.8mil would be used to repay the company’s bridging loans while the remainder would be used to pay the expenses incurred in the disposal, it said. 

The group said the disposal would not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital and shareholding structure of the substantial shareholders in Censof. - Bernama
