PETALING JAYA: Sona Petroleum Bhd, which has presented a petition to the High Court to wind up the company, has nominated PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services Sdn Bhd as its joint-liquidator.
The special-purpose acquisition company noted that the nomination was subject to the approval of the High Court.
