Kerjaya Prospek bags RM338.8m job from Nusmetro



KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd has secured a RM338.79mil construction contract from Nusmetro Property Sdn Bhd for a high-end property project, off Persiaran Dutamas here.

The upcoming construction company said on Wednesday its unit Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd had accepted the letter of award for the main building works for a proposed mixed development project called the Arte Mont Kiara.

The project comprises simplex and duplex serviced suites and serviced residences housed within three towers ranging from 58 to 66 storeys and a nine-storey podium of car park along Jalan Khidmat Usaha, Off Persiaran Dutamas.

Kerjaya Prospek said construction was expected to start on Sept 1, 2016 and due to be completed on Oct 31, 2019.

Arte Mont Kiara is a mixed-development joint venture project between Nusmetro and Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd with a gross development value of RM1.2bil. 

The French-retro themed project is the latest addition to the Arte Series by Nusmetro and will be located in KL Metropolis.
