KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Bhd has published a consultation paper seeking feedback from the public on the proposals to enchance the attractiveness and competitiveness of the exchange as a destination for capital raising and investments in relation to collective investment schemes (CIS).
In a statement, Bursa Malaysia said that this was after undertaking a holistic review of the regulatory framework under the Main Market Listing Requirements governing the post-listing obligations of all types of CIS, including real estate investment trusts (REITs), exchange traded funds (ETFs) and closed-end funds (CEF).
