UOB Kay Hian sees minimal risk with KLCC Property’s office portfolio

PETALING JAYA: The risk of office space vacancy within KLCC Property Holdings Bhd’s (KLCCP) portfolio is very minimal, according to UOB Kay Hian Research (UOBKH).

The research house said the increase in their office portfolio space would be taken up by tenants that have been signed up.
