Bank Negara’s international reserves at RM383.2bil


KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Negara international reserves amounted to RM383.2bil (US$97.4bil) as of June 15, 2016 from RM382.6bil (US$97.3bil) a fortnight ago.

“The reserves position is sufficient to finance 8.1 months of retained imports and is 1.2 times the short-term external debt,” Bank Negara said in a statement.
