KUALA LUMPUR: Astral Supreme Bhd’s negotiation with S Wira Development Sdn Bhd (SWD) to undertake the joint development of shoplots on 6.7 acres in Nilai, Negri Sembilan, with an estimated gross development value of RM89.58mil, has fallen through.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the property development and construction company said that SWD had terminated the letter of expression of interest with its unit Astral Supreme Development Sdn Bhd for the proposed joint venture (JV).
