’s unit Parkway Pantai Ltd, through its joint venture company with Shanghai Hongxin Medical Investment Holding Co Ltd, has entered into a land contract with the Shanghai Minhang District Planning and Land Authority for the development of a 450-bed multi-speciality tertiary hospital in Shanghai New Hongqiao International Medical Centre.
The 70:30 joint venture is between Parkway Pantai and Shanghai Hongxin with a registered capital of 455 million yuan.
