SC warns of get-rich-quick schemes promoted as bonds


Datuk Kamarudin Meranun has entered into a settlement with the Securities Commission for RM3.64mil over the purchase of 5.55 million Malaysia Airlines Bhd (MAS) shares between Aug 1, 2011 and Aug 5, 2011.

It advised investors to check its website http://www.sc.com.my/ whether a bond has been approved. Investors could also contact the SC at 03-62048999, aduan@seccom.com.my
