EPF unit signs making MRCB the PDP for new Kwasa Damansara township


In terms of shareholding in the merged entity, banking sources said the EPF(pic) would emerge as the single-largest shareholder with a stake of between 35% and 40%, with DRB-Hicom likely to hold 20%

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd (MRCB) has been appointed the project delivery partner (PDP) to develop the main infrastructure for the new Kwasa Damansara township, for a provisional fee of RM112.28mil.

MRCB’s unit MRCB Builders Sdn Bhd has signed an agreement with Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, a unit of Employees Provident Fund, for the appointment.
