MUH lodges police report against one of its directors


PETALING JAYA: Multi-Usage Holdings Bhd (MUH) has lodged a police report against one of its directors, Tan Chew Hua, for possible breaches of the penal code in respect of the purchase of properties from MUH’s unit TF Land Sdn Bhd (TFL).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the building materials manufacturer and property developer said the report, made on May 20, was for possible breaches under the code’s Section 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and/or Section 409 (criminal breach of trust by public servant or agent) and/or Section 403 (dishonest misapproppriation of property).
