LKL makes strong debut in weak market


Big day: Lim all smiles at LKL International’s IPO in Kuala Lumpur yesterday. The shares debuted at 35 sen before closing at 28 sen for a 8 sen premium over its issue price of 20 sen per share.

KUALA LUMPUR: LKL International Bhd, which made its debut on the Ace Market of Bursa Malaysia yesterday, closed at 28 sen, an eight-sen premium over the issue price of 20 sen a share.

The stock’s volume for the day was 132.9 million shares valued at RM40.11mil.
