SHAH ALAM: DRB-Hicom Bhd
has appointed Datuk Abdul Rahman Ahmad, 46, as independent and non-executive director.
He was until recently the chief executive officer of Ekuiti Nasional Bhd, a government-linked private equity firm. Prior to joining Ekuinas, he was group managing director/chief executive officer of Media Prima Bhd from 2003 to 2009 and also held the post of group managing director/chief executive officer of Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd.
