Shareholders reject Sona’s proposed QA

KUALA LUMPUR: Sona Petroleum Bhd, whose proposed qualifying asset (QA) was rejected by its shareholders, believes that it lost the vote on the deal as some investors are not interested in the oil and gas (O&G) business.

Director Datuk Mohamed Khadar Merican (pic) said this when asked to comment on the rejection vote.
