Petronas Gas sets RM4.5bil capital expenditure over five years


PetGas recognised a RM161mil forex loss in 3Q15 related to the LNG tankers leased for its regasification terminal in Melaka.

KUALA LUMPUR: Petronas Gas Bhd (PetGas) will spend RM4.5bil in capital expenditure over the next five years.

Chairman Tan Sri Shamsul Azhar Abbas said that the bulk of the funds would be channelled towards the company’s two growth projects in Pengerang, Johor – the LNG Regasification Terminal and the Air Separation Unit project.
