Dayang wins topside maintenance job worth RM25mil to RM42mil

PETALING JAYA: Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd has been awarded a contract by Kebabangan Petroleum Operating Company Sdn Bhd for the provision of topside maintenance services.

The oil and gas services company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that the contract value was between RM25mil and RM42mil, depending on the extension duration.

The company said the contract would be for two years from March 16, with an option to extend for another year.

“Risk factors affecting the award include execution risks such as availability of skilled manpower and materials, changes in the prices of materials, and changes in political, economic and regulatory conditions,” it said.

Dayang also said the contract would contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the company.
