Dayang wins maintenance service contract worth up to RM42mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd has been awarded a contract worth between RM25mil and RM42mil to provide topside maintenance services for Petroliam Nasional Bhd’s associate firm Kebabangan Petroleum Operating Company Sdn Bhd (KPOC).

It told Bursa Malaysia that the contract, bagged by its unit Dayang Enterprise Sdn Bhd, was for a two-year period starting March 16, with an option to extend for another year.

KPOC is a joint operating company between Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd (40%), Shell and ConocoPhillips. The Kebabangan oil field is located offshore Sabah.

Dayang shares closed unchanged on Monday at RM1.36, with 1.777 million shares traded.
