KUALA LUMPUR: Gulhan Dearsan JV of Turkey has agreed on transfer of technology in commercial and defence-related fields with Malaysian partner, Muhibbah Engineering Bhd.
CEO Ozcan Kahramangil said the company had no restriction to do so, provided it was allowed by the Turkish government.
