Bosch plans RM140mil investment in Penang plant


Li: This is in line with the company’s plans to grow its overall development headcount by up to 40 in 2016 in Penang.

GEORGE TOWN: Bosch will spend RM140mil until 2018 to remodel its car multimedia plant in Bayan Lepas.

Bosch Car Multimedia Penang commercial managing director Dr Li Song said of the RM140mil allocated two years ago, RM66mil was invested into the new surface mount technology (SMT) facility to accommodate plans to raise production volumes to keep pace with market demand.
