KUALA LUMPUR: State-owned water operators should consider migrating to asset-light models to relieve their financial burdens, National Water Services Commission (SPAN) chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Ridhuan said.

He said state-owned water assets would be transferred to Pengurusan Aset Air Bhd (PAAB) while the focus would be on improving service delivery.
