KTC to sell LSSPI products in Sabah and Sarawak


PETALING JAYA: Kim Teck Cheong Consolidated Bhd (KTC) has tied up with SCGM Bhd to undertake the distribution and sale of finished Lee Soon Seng Plastic Industries Sdn Bhd (LSSPI) products in Sabah and Sarawak.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, KTC said that its subsidiaries Kim Teck Cheong Distribution Sdn Bhd and Kim Teck Cheong (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd, had on Feb 20, entered into distribution agreements with Lee Soon SCGM’s wholly-owned subsidiary LSSPI for the distribution rights.
