KUALA LUMPUR: Kejuruteraan Samudra Timur Bhd (KSTB), which became a Practice Note 17 issuer in April 2014, has announced a corporate scheme that may lead to a venture into the power generation business in Sabah.
The cash company told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that it was negotiating to acquire Sepangar Bay Power Corp Sdn Bhd (SBPC), which has the right to build, own and operate a 100 MW combined-cycle gas turbine power plant in Kota Kinabalu.
