Soh seeks to leave S'pore and return home to M'sia to see aged mother

PETALING JAYA: Former corporate kingpin Datuk Soh Chee Wen, who has had his passport impounded for nearly two years after investigations started into the collapse of penny stocks on the Singapore Stock Exchange, has gone to the courts in Singapore to allow him to leave the island republic for a few weeks.

“I have filed a motion for leave to return to Malaysia to attend to family matters and see my mother who is 82 years old,” he told StarBiz yesterday.
