Gamuda signs MoU to build platform for administration talent


PETALING JAYA: Gamuda Bhd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre of Arbitration (KLRCA), Malaysian Society of Adjudicators (MSA) and the Society of Construction Law, Malaysia (SCL), to provide a platform to build talents in contract administration works within the company.

The engineering, property development and infrastructure firm said as the risk in traditional contracting has evolved over the years, due to complex contracting relationships with various stakeholders, it was pertinent to come up with the Gamuda Construction Contract Development programme to enhance contract delivery.
