Avoid repeating mistakes of KLIA2

There are also plenty of lessons to be learnt from the way KLIA2 was developed and handled. Up till now, the blame game has not stopped and neither have the repairs and complaints. So, in its quest to build a new satellite building or expand the existing one, MAHB should take the view of passengers and airlines into consideration, as these are the two major components where its revenue comes from.(File picture shows KLIA2 being built)

EARLY this week, there were reports saying a new terminal building is expected to be built at the KL International Airport (KLIA) to boost its capacity to over 100 million passengers a year.

Reports say airport operator Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) is expected to submit a proposal for the third terminal in the next two to three years after conducting detailed studies.
