KUALA LUMPUR: Sasbadi Holdings Bhd
has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Southern Publishing and Media Co Ltd, a company incorporated in China.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Sasbadi Holdings said the MoU was for both parties to explore collaboration in intellectual property rights, digital teaching and learning resources and technology, and online teaching and learning platforms.
