Miti moving to new HQ


KUALA LUMPUR: The International Trade and Industry Ministry (Miti) will be relocating its headquarters to Menara MITI in Jalan Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah, Kuala Lumpur, it said in a statement on Tuesday.

The relocation will commence in stages beginning Nov 24 and will be completed by Nov 29.

"Operations at our new location will resume on Nov 30, 2015," it said.

Due to this, the Trade Facilitation Information System (TFIS), used for online Approved Permit (AP) applications, will not be accessible from 7pm on Nov 27 until 8am on Nov 30.

It said counter services for the applications will also be closed from Nov 27 and will resume on Nov 30.

Miti's new address is Menara MITI, No. 7, Jalan Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah, 50480 KUALA LUMPUR.
