Spring gallery signs new deal


PETALING JAYA: Clay product manufacturer Spring Gallery Bhd has entered into a second managing contractor agreement worth RM147mil with JV Muhibbah Sdn Bhd (JVM) to develop a three-storey shopping complex with parking and a 12-storey hotel with parking in Kemaman, Terengganu.

The company said in a stock exchange filing that work would commence when the development order has been issued and would take 30 months to complete.
