Fitters not listing its unit on ASX


PETALING JAYA: Fitters Diversified Bhd will not be listing its clean energy unit on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) via a reverse takeover of IFS Construction Ltd, as the latter has been removed from the official list of the ASX.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Fitters said that it will, however, still continue to explore other possibilities of listing its wholly-owned subsidiary, FITTERS-NRG Sdn Bhd, on the ASX,
