KUALA LUMPUR: Telekom (M) Bhd (TM) has introduced the SmartMap Application Programme Interface (SmartMap API), a map-based geomatic service, to help businesses enhance operations with the Geographic Information System (GIS) capabilities or more commonly known as, mapping services.
In a statement, TM said the SmartMap API is targeted at companies across various industries, including retail, hospitality, automotive, insurance, shipping and logistics, telecommunications as well as government departments and agencies.
