PETALING JAYA: Zelan Bhd
said its unit in Abu Dhabi had issued a notice to Meena Holdings LLC to terminate a contract related to the construction of the Meena Plaza.
Zelan said the termination notice was due to Meena’s failure to pay 27.6 million United Arab Emirate dirham owed to the company for the amount of certified works done and materials at the site.
