PETALING JAYA: Hong Kong-listed Nirvana Asia Ltd has entered into an agreement to acquire 75.2ha of cemetery land in Medan, Indonesia, marking its first major expansion in Indonesia.

The bereavement care service provider has had a presence in Jakarta since 2003. The move will further strengthen the group’s market coverage in Asia to reinforce Nirvana Asia’s status as one of the largest integrated bereavement care service providers in the region.
