KUALA LUMPUR: Boustead Plantations Bhd
has proposed to dispose of 104.40ha of freehold land in Johor for RM60.67mil cash to YTL Cement Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Boustead Plantations said it had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with YTL Cement, for the proposed disposal of part of three parcels of land in Mukim Kulai, Kulaijaya, Johor measuring 52.69ha for a cash consideration of RM30.06mil.
