A global survey by Travel & Leisure reproduced by the Independent newspaper recently concluded that Moscow is the most unfriendly city in the world.

This was the magazine’s conclusion after it asked around 200,000 readers to rank 266 cities on various aspects, one of which was their warmth towards visitors.
