EPF substantial shareholder in KNM Group



KUALA LUMPUR: The Empoyees Provident Fund (EPF) has emerged as a substantial shareholder in oil and gas services-based KNM Group Bhd with a 5.63% stake.

A filing with Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday showed the pension fund, through its portfolio managers, had bought 14.249 million KNM shares on Aug 26.

The latest purchase showed the EPF’s total shareholding had increased to 109.116 million shares or 5.63% stake.
