BNS-Maraputra dispute resolved

PETALING JAYA: Boustead Naval Shipyard Sdn Bhd (BNS), an associate of Boustead Heavy Industries Corp Bhd (BHIC), has come to an amicable settlement with Maraputra Sdn Bhd.

BNS had withdrawn its appeal at the Ipoh Court of Appeal over a contractual dispute over the development of a single-storey assembly workshop and extension of ship transfer rail, BHIC said in a statement.
