Another revamp by Prasarana?

Prasarana managing director Datuk Azmi Abdul Aziz(inset), when contacted, admited that Prasarana had its own set of challenges but it had not stopped it from being motivated to strategise to be more financially sustainable.

PETALING JAYA: Prasarana Malaysia Bhd, a state-owned urban public transport operator, is considering a second round of restructuring to make it self sustaining to fulfill its debt obligations.

Sources say the restructure would likely involve some of its debts being transferred to the Government and a listing of one of its subsidiaries.
