PETALING JAYA: Petronas Gas Bhd
(PetGas), which almost doubled its net profit in the second quarter ended June 30 to RM818mil, has appointed Tan Sri Shamsul Azhar Abbas as its new chairman.
Shamsul, 63, was the former president of Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas). He left the national oil giant after his contract expired on March 31.
